Diploma Educator - Dakabin

Day One ELC is seeking a Studying or Diploma Qualified Lead Educator for our Dakabin centre

The role:

The successful candidate will be actively engaged in educating and caring for children under 5 years of age and effectively communicating with children, your team and families. We are seeking educators with a strong passion for the Early Childhood industry.

Selection Criteria

You must hold:

• Studying or Diploma qualification in children services
• Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates
• Current Blue Card
• Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
• Prior experience and confidence with leading a classroom setting and writing educational programs
• Strong leadership skills and an ability to confidently guide and mentor your peers
• Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families
• Ability to Implement stimulating programs, and develop a curriculum based on the children's interests and the EYLF
• Ability to observe and record children’s learning and contribute to their educational portfolios
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
