Smartland is a family-orientated, early childhood service with a focus on providing quality education and care for all children, educators and families. Operating between 6am and 6pm, Smartland is situated in the heart of Ripley and is a beautiful & well-resourced environment that cares for children from 6 weeks to 6 years.

Role Requirements

Due to our growth the opportunity has become available for Diploma Educators to join our dynamic team at Smartland Ripley. The successful candidates will need;

Diploma in Early Childhood Education

a current and valid Working with Children Check

a current first aid CPR and emergency asthma and anaphylaxis training.

experience with the NQF, NQS & EYLF

an ability to interpret curriculum documents

effective oral and written communication skills

Key Role Responsibilities

Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.

Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

Delivery of a high quality, inclusive, educational program.

Participate in professional and personal development.

Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the vision, mission and values.
