\What You’ll Do:

Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the wider community

Lead the planning and delivery of innovative, play-based learning programs

Document and share children’s learning journeys with families

Champion early years best practice and contribute to continuous improvement

Support and mentor fellow educators to achieve their professional goals

What You’ll Bring:

Diploma in Children’s Services (or equivalent)

Experience in a long day-care environment

Sound knowledge of the NQF and EYLF

Current QLD Paid Blue Card

A passion for working with either the 0–12 months or 2–3 years age group
