Early Childhood Educators – Diploma Qualified

Your Role
We are looking for people who have obtained a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and who have a solid understanding of the National Quality Framework.
You will provide high-quality education and care in a team that encourages and supports each other. Your passion for working with children and families will build positive relationships. We value people with initiative, reliability, and motivation, as well as creative educational ideas to support our team deliver quality services.

What We Need from You
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
A Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration.
High ability to demonstrate capability and capacity to be an effective member of a team.
Display confident abilities to communicate, reflect and build respectful workplace relationships.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Frameworks, including the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations.
