We strive to provide high quality care and education to children and families within our community. Safeguarding is our highest priority which is why we don't ever leave educators alone with children, or operate our service utilising under the roof ratios. Your safety, and the safety of our children is paramount.

The Roles

We are looking for highly motivated and inspiring Early Childhood Educators who are passionate about early education and shares our vision for learning. We are currently seeking Diploma Qualified or studying Educators for a variety of ages across the centre.

We are looking for a passionate Educator who values inclusion and can support our team in honouring the individual needs of all children.

Desired Skills

We are looking for people who meet the following criteria:

You must have a warm and inviting personality that makes every child feel welcomed

You must be able to laugh and show extreme interest in jokes/things you don’t understand

You would preferably have a great sense of imagination, able to change on a daily basis from the captain of a pirate ship to the head keeper of a zoo to a shop attendant!

You are not afraid to show off your out of tune singing abilities in front of a crowd

You are not squeamish when talking about bodily functions and fluids and are confident in announcing when you are going to the toilet

You must have amazing acting skills, like pretending to eat the handmade playdough cupcake or delicious mud pie you’ve just been handed.

Generally willing to have plenty of fun!

You must want to be welcomed as a loved and important extended family member to the children and parents that pass through our doors.

You must be confident to work in a large team environment and listen to the ideas of others while encouraging growth within the team.

Required Qualifications

Blue Card

First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Training

Child Protection Training

Completed Certificate III in Children’s Services and completed or working towards Diploma in Children’s Services

We are looking for educators who are available 5 days, Monday - Friday between the hours of 6:00am and 6:00pm
