As part of asmall boutique preschool centrewith enhanced1:6 ratios, you’ll have the time and space to build genuine connections and create meaningful, inquiry-based learning experiences. This full-time role (4–5 days, 38–40 hours) offersfamily-friendly hours, 7:30am–4:30pm, supporting both your career and work–life balance.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

Qualification: Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or actively working towards Diploma).

Experience: Strong tenure in previous roles — we value stability and commitment.

Team Fit: Reliable, and passionate about supporting children’s growth and learning.

Local Candidates Preferred: To ensure reliability and work–life balance, we’re seeking someone living closer to our centre.

Certifications: Working With Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Food Handling.
