Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Director to fulfil the role ofDirector of Communication and Complianceat our Early Learning Centre in**Gladesville.**At Harbour EL, our vision includes two key commitments:

A key part of delivering this vision is ourtri-director distributed leadership model, which includes three full-time, non-contact Directors.
About the Position:
As the Director of Communication and Compliance, you will work closely with two experienced co-directors and be actively involved in shaping a high-quality, values-driven early childhood service.
While we embrace a strength-based approach that includes collaboration and shared responsibilities, your primary focus will be on:
Leading all family communications and upholding the professional standards that define the Harbour brand
Overseeing all aspects of centre compliance, ensuring alignment with the National Law, Regulations, and the National Quality Standards
Managing all customer service touchpoints, from enquiry and tour to enrolment and ongoing family support
Overseeing administration, including record keeping, CCS and account management, and supplier coordination
What we are looking for:
A Bachelorβs Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Excellent understanding of the National Quality Framework, including experience with Kidsoft, CCMS and the Assessment and Rating process
Strong knowledge of relevant sector legislation
Demonstrated experience in centre leadership, with a commitment to quality outcomes
A current Working with Children Check registration
Valid National Police Check clearance
Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
Current approved Child Protection training
An experienced leader who is passionate about raising the standard of early childhood education in NSW, with a mindset for reflection and ongoing growth
