Wonderful opportunity for an experienced nominated supervisor or Early Childhood leader to join this recognised "Employer of Choice" who have a strong focus on play based learning based on the Reggio Emilia philosophy.

Director's role reports directly to the school's senior leadership team and involves being the nominated supervisor, management of pre-school operations and overseeing all staff, including leaders, educators and non-teaching personnel.

Key responsibilities include:

• Policy creation and strategic planning
• Curriculum development, staff PD and training
• Team leadership & staff management
• Managing a budget
• Prioritising child wellbeing and harm prevention of children/young people

For this role you will have:

• Substantial experience as a nominated supervisor/leadership position
• Willingness to support the values and ethos of this faith-based centre
• Degree in Early Childhood from ACECQUA approved list of universities
• Current NESA accreditation
• Understanding & working knowledge of relevant legislation such as WH&S, Early Years Learning Framework, Family Assistance Law and Education & Care Services regulations
• Understanding & working knowledge of NQF
