About You

You are a confident, capable, and emotionally intelligent leader with:

ADiplomaorBachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)

A deep understanding of theNational Quality Framework,EYLF, andVEYLDF

Proven ability tolead, guide, mentor, and uplifta team

A passion for documentation, compliance, and creating an exceptional learning environment

A commitment to professional development and continuous improvement

Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills

Experience in managing rosters, enrolments, and regulatory obligations

Current certifications including First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management, WWCC, and Police Check

(Desirable) Food Safety Training and Supervisor Certification
