About the opportunity
The service is centrally located, close to public transport, and provides a parking spot for the Leader. At full capacity, the centre will accommodate 110 children. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Centre Manager to establish a brand-new service.
We are seeking a strong leader with experience in a similar setting, such as new builds. You must demonstrate a proven ability to utilise your communication skills to persuade, engage, inspire, and motivate a team of passionate Early Childhood Educational and Care professionals to deliver optimal learning outcomes for the families they serve.
About you
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years continuous experience in a CM role or higher in a long daycare setting
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
Inherently responsible and dedicated to providing a safe and positive environment for children and staff
Willingness to continue professional development and contribute to ongoing learning
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with families and the wider community
Strong organisational and time management skills
