What You’ll Do

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all
• Contribute to programming, documentation, and evaluation of learning outcomes
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and centre policies

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
• Current Working with Children Check (QLD Blue Card)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management training
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for early learning and child development
