Early Childhood Educator

Located in the heart ofEnoggera, our vibrant childcare center provides a nurturing environment for children, thoughtfully divided into nursery, toddler, and preschool rooms. Open from 6:30 am to 5:30 pm on weekdays, we are committed to delivering high-quality early education. Our dedicated leadership team leads by example, offering hands-on support to educators and fostering a collaborative, enriching workplace.

The Role:

• Support children's learning and development by implementing engaging, age-appropriate experiences.
• Create a safe and inclusive environment where all children feel valued and supported.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a collaborative community.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and best practices, ensuring a high standard of care and education.
• Work as part of a dynamic team, contributing ideas and maintaining a positive, professional attitude.

We are looking for educators to join our team. This is a Monday to Friday opportunity, working 37.5 hours a week.

Casual positions are also available.

What we are looking for:

• Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education/ACECQA approved equivalent
• Current working with children check
• A passion for early childhood education, a collaborative mindset, and a positive attitude
• Strong communication skills and a person-centered approach
• Flexible with a can-do approach
