For 25 years, Shadforth Cottage has been proudly family owned and operated, providing high-quality education and care in a beautiful home environment in the heart of Mosman. We care for children from birth through to Preschool age, focusing on nurturing and learning rather than excessive documentation.

As an Educator at Shadforth Cottage, you will:

Provide high-quality education and care in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
Create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and families to support each childβs development
Contribute to continuous improvement practices within the service

Ideally applicants will have:

Qualified Certificates and Transcripts
At least 1 year of employment experience in an early childhood setting.
Knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Regulations and Law 2011, EYLF and National Quality Framework.
Be innovative, creative, and motivated to create a centre of choice for families within the local community
Have excellent teamwork skills, competent in taking initiative and participating in the functioning of the centre
Hold a current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, and be willing to hold an Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate, Child Protection Certificate.
Demonstrate commitment to customer service and an ability to develop warm and respectful relationships with families and children
