Early Childhood Educators

Kaleidoscope Kids Early Learning Centre Goodna is a privately owned and managed childcare centre. We are seeking a committed and passionate Early Childhood Educators to join our team and work throughout the centre.

At present, we are looking for a Certificate 3 and Diploma Qualified Educator to work throughout the centre.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

A positive attitude and be willing to work as part of a team.

Have a genuine respect for early education and the ability to build strong professional relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Relevant qualifications or studying towards, for the position that you are applying for.

Current Positive Notice Blue Card or Exemption

An understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

High level of verbal and written communication skills

Current first aid, including CPR, as well as anaphylaxis and asthma management.

Duties for this position will include:

Build and maintain strong relationships with educators, families, and children and develop strong connections within the local community

Deliver consistent high-quality standards for centre presentation.

Develop and implement inspiring and fun education and care programs for children.
