We’re a vibrant, inclusive, community-run kindergarten located in Seaford, VIC. We are filled with educators who bring their whole selves to work. Our team isn’t just qualified – they’re uniquely qualified. Think:

🎓 The Fine Print

Role: Early Childhood Educator (Part-Time) approx 21 hours per week, over 3 days.

Role 1, for immediate start: Tuesdays, Thursdays (planning), Fridays

Role 2, January 2026 start: Mondays, Tuesdays (planning), Thursdays

Role 3, January 2026 start: Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays (planning)

Role 4, January 2026 start: Tuesdays, Wednesdays (planning), Fridays

Pay and Conditions: as per VECTEA 2020

Qualifications: ACECQA-approved qualifications, Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (bonus points for dual quals!)

Must-Haves:

-Current WWCC

-Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis

-Sound understanding of Child Safe Standards

-Completed Mandatory Reporting Certificate

-A giant heart
