Your Role:

Lead and mentor a passionate team of educators in our Kindergarten room

Build strong, collaborative relationships with families

Champion best-practice early childhood education and embed a modern, play-based curriculum

Drive continuous improvement through reflective practice and leadership initiatives

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent)

Experience as an ECT (essential)

Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQS)

Current QLD Paid Blue Card
