Peace Kindergarten Cairns is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a dedicatedEarly Childhood Teacherto join our brand-new, purpose-built Kindergarten on a**full-time basis.**This permanent role will see you working in our newly constructed, state-of-the-art facility, featuring three thoughtfully designed rooms nestled within lush, tropical-shaded grounds.

Your Responsibilities

-

Design and implement engaging, play-based learning experiences.

Support the spiritual, emotional, and intellectual growth of each child.

Collaborate with fellow educators to plan and assess learning programs.

Build strong relationships with families and maintain open communication.

Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards and relevant regulations.

Participate in ongoing professional learning and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

-

ABachelor of Early Childhood Education(or equivalent).

Proven experience in early childhood education with sound knowledge of child development.

Thorough understanding of NQS, EYLF, and QKLG.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.

Current Child Protection training.

A genuine commitment to nurturing children within a Christian environment.
