What You’ll Do

As the ECT, you will:

Lead with impact– Provide strong educational leadership to guide your team in delivering engaging, play-based programs aligned with theEarly Years Learning Framework

Support a thriving culture– Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative team culture that reflects our values and mission

Drive quality and compliance– Ensure the centre exceedsNational Quality Standards, stays ahead of regulations, and consistently delivers outstanding outcomes for children

Connect with families and community– Create lasting, meaningful relationships that build trust, grow enrolments, and make families feel truly at home

What We’re Looking For

You are a natural leader with a warm presence, strong vision, and unwavering commitment to quality early childhood education.

**Approved Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)**qualification with current registration

2+ years of leadership experiencein early childhood settings

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to inspire your team and engage families

A genuine passion for nurturing children, developing educators, and building community
