What You’ll Do

As our ECT, you will:

Lead with vision– Guide your team to deliver engaging, play-based programs aligned with the EYLF.

Foster culture– Build a positive, professional, and collaborative team environment.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a warm and confident leader who thrives on inspiring others and driving quality outcomes for children. You’ll need:

An approved ECT qualification with current NESA registration

At least 2 years of leadership experience in an early childhood setting

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

A deep passion for children’s learning, educator development, and community engagement
