Early Childhood Teacher

We are looking for apassionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher(ECT) to join our team. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic educator who is committed to fostering a love of learning in young children and who is eager to inspire and guide them through their early developmental years.

Key Responsibilities: Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging educational programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment that encourages children's growth and development. Foster strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the broader community. Monitor and assess children's progress, documenting observations and providing feedback to families. Work collaboratively with other educators to create a cohesive and supportive team environment.

About You: A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent). Current NSW Working with Children Check. Strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about early childhood education and committed to ongoing professional development. Creative, motivated, and able to inspire a love of learning in children
