Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging educational programs aligned with children’s developmental needs.

Observe, assess and document children’s learning and progress.

Communicate effectively with families to build strong partnerships.

Promote positive social interactions and guide behaviour constructively.

Maintain a safe, supportive and stimulating environment for all children.

Work collaboratively and professionally with colleagues, children and families.

About You:

Degree qualified (3- or 4-year trained) or currently studying towards your Early Childhood Teaching degree.

CurrentWorking with Children Check.

ValidFirst Aid,CPR, andChild Protection Training, or willingness to obtain.

Strong understanding of theEarly Years Learning FrameworkandNational Quality Standards.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Confident in digital programming and documentation.

A motivated, responsible, and team-oriented educator with a genuine passion for early learning.

Previous experience in a long day care setting is desirable but not essential.
