• Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching (or equivalent)
• VIT registration (Provisional or Full)
• 2+ years’ experience as an Early Childhood Teacher in a Kindergarten setting
• Demonstrated success in running a high-quality funded program
• Strong understanding of frameworks, compliance and child safety practices
