Your Role & Responsibilities
Design and deliver a high-quality, child-led educational program in line with the EYLF and National Quality Standards
Create engaging learning environments and meaningful documentation of children’s progress
Maintain professional room standards and daily operations
Build trusting, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Foster reflective practice and continuous improvement in our team
Bring joy to your work—have fun, connect, and teach with heart
About You
You are:
A qualified Early Childhood Teacher (Bachelor or ACECQA-approved diploma; working towards acceptable)
Fully qualified with current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification plus WWCC
Experienced in delivering high-quality childcare and documentation
Proficient with childcare software (iPad and desktop)
Possessing leadership experience and strong communication skills
Passionate, well-organised, and professional
A team player who values relationships and knowledge-sharing
Ideally familiar with Montessori principles, although not essential
