Key Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and evaluate high-quality educational programmes aligned with theEarly Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Observe, document, and assess children’s development, tailoring learning experiences to their needs.

Build strong partnerships with families to support each child’s growth.

Maintain compliance through accurate documentation and records.

Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Ensure the centre maintains the highest standards of health, hygiene, and safety.

About You

-

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and CareorBachelor of Early Childhood Education (or working towards).

ValidWorking with Children Check.

Current First Aid Certificate(or willingness to obtain).

A genuine passion for early childhood education and commitment to delivering high-quality care.
