We are seeking passionate and dedicatedCertificate III and Diploma Qualified Educatorsto join our team in a casual role. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across ourEarly Education and Care Centres, where you will contribute to creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment that supports children’s learning and development. If you are enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to making a positive impact in the lives of children and families, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role:

To assist in the recording of individual observations on a regular basis and make suggestions for the planning of appropriate experiences.

To respect and value each child’s background and culture, and display anti-bias practices throughout the program, routine and interactions.

To expose the children to a variety of experiences, which will extend interest and stimulate them.

To assist in the preparation of children’s transitions throughout the Centre.

To build a positive relationship with the children in order to develop trust between carer, child and parent.

Be committed to continuous professional development and apply learning to the program.

About you:

ACECQA-approved qualifications - Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (actively studying towards these qualification) (mandatory)

Hold unrestricted Working with Vulnerable People Card

Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, including the Early Years Learning Framework

Ability to inspire and mentor educators to achieve best practices.

Committed to supporting children’s learning and confidence through engaging activities

Ability to build strong connections with children, families and team

Relevant work experience in a similar role
