ECT— ACECQA-approved ECT; leads the programwithin our approach, supports educators day-to-day, keeps documentation current. Diploma Educators— ACECQA-approved Diploma; confident withroutines, care moments, and documentation; team-first. Babies Room Lead (0–2)— Diploma+; anchors thesleep/feed/settlingrhythm, partners well with families, and keeps the room consistent.

All roles—Blue Card,HLTAID012(or willing to update), full Australian work rights, punctual and reliable.
