About the Role We’re on the lookout for an inspiringEducational Leaderto join our team atYerrabi Ponds by Busy Beesand lead quality early learning programs for our children. This is your chance to share your passion for pedagogy and empower your fellow educators to grow and thrive.
As an Educational Leader, you will:
Guide and support the teaching and learning programs in alignment with the EYLF and NQS
Collaborate with the Centre Director to drive continuous improvement and innovation
Mentor educators and model effective pedagogical practices
Support planning, documentation, and reflective practices across the service
Champion inclusive practices and meaningful family and community engagement
Work in ratio as a senior educator within the team
What You’ll Need
A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Proven experience as a Lead Educator or Educational Leader
Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and child development principles
CurrentWorking with Vulnerable People Registration (WWVP) – ACT
Valid First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificates
Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting Certificate
