We are looking for an experienced Educator to join our team. 10% above award rate will be paid as a minimum.

The Strawberry Bush is a small, family-owned and operated centre with an owner and director who values the commitment, dedication and hard work that Educators bring to the sector every single day. Child and Educator wellbeing are our main focus, and we prioritise relationships with children over paperwork. Our Philosophy is all about the value of play and honouring childhood, and we strongly advocate for this within our community.

We have a long-standing team, which includes 4 qualified Early Childhood Teachers, and a non-contact Educational Leader. We are proud to have a very low staff turnover, and we offer a flexible working environment with a firm belief in a positive work-life balance. We guarantee that there will never be a requirement to spend weekends and evenings completing unnecessary paperwork.
