Are you an experienced Educator (Room Leader (DIP) / Certificate III), or just starting out in the sector and looking to gain valuable experience? Kids by the Bay Children's Centre wants YOU to join our TEAM.

Our educators ignite and nurture children's learning by prompting discovery. Rather than offering immediate answers, they actively observe, listen, and explore alongside the children, inspiring curiosity, inquiry, and self-reflection.

We are driven by the desire to challenge norms, and we are seeking educators who will help us develop and enhance the unique programs we offer. While we already have established Beach Kinder and Farm Kinder Programs, where every day is an adventure, we are open to exploring new horizons. What other innovative programs can we develop? Your ideas will not only be welcomed but also encouraged and integrated into our curriculum.

At Kids by the Bay, we are especially proud of our purpose-built Bub Hub, a warm and nurturing environment designed exclusively for our youngest learners (0–2.5 years). Just one minute from our main centre, the Bub Hub offers a calm, welcoming space where babies and toddlers can thrive, supported by educators who understand the importance of secure attachments and responsive care. Our team works across both services, ensuring continuity, strong relationships, and a truly connected community for children and families.
