About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicatedFull-Time Educatorto join our team atBusy Bees at The Park. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality education and care for children, while working alongside a collaborative team of educators and leaders.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing engaging learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Providing a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children.

Building meaningful partnerships with families and the community.

Supporting children’s holistic development and wellbeing.

Contributing to centre compliance and quality practices.

What You’ll Need

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or actively working towards).

CurrentWorking with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Registration – ACT.

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

A passion for supporting children’s learning journeys.
