📚 About the Role:

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will:

Create safe, inclusive, and nurturing environments

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate programs

Monitor and support children's holistic development

Build strong, respectful partnerships with families

Ensure compliance with early childhood regulations and standards

✅ Essential Qualifications:

-

Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)

Valid Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain)

First Aid Certificate (including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training)

Deep understanding of developmental milestones

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to design and evaluate play-based learning experiences

Adaptability and problem-solving in dynamic childcare settings

🌈 Desirable:

Familiarity with theEarly Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

Understanding ofQuality Standards and Assessment processes

Appreciation of cultural diversity and inclusion

Confidence using digital tools to document learning

Prior experience in roles such as Educator, Assistant Educator, or Childcare Assistant
