We care for children from 6 weeks to Kindergarten. We are a growing family business that takes pride in our Centres and we aim to offer the best possible outcomes and service to our families, children and Educators.

About the Centre

Our beautiful five room Centre opened in September 2021 and we are looking for an awesome Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our growing team. With outstanding design features and engaging environments in which children can learn, as well as spaces to relax, recharge and research, you will love being part of this spectacular environment. We pride ourselves on engaging resources, amazing set ups of the play spaces and well-being is prioritized.

The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and inspiring Early Childhood Educator who is passionate about early education and shares our vision for learning.

We are looking for someone who ‘thinks outside the box’ and honours individuality and creativity. The successful applicant should be committed to engaging with children and families in a variety of ways to facilitate their individual learning styles and show a commitment to continuing their own ongoing research and professional growth. You have a clear understanding of Child safe practices and you will commit to building a stronger, safer culture for children as our company aligns with the 10 Queensland Child Safe Standards. Suitable qualifications for the role, Diploma of Early Childhood or working towards.

Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards and the QKLG,

Knowledge of relevant legislative policies, standards and requirements.
