Your Mission: To Deliver Exceptional Outcomes

**Design Pathways to Success:**Act as a strategic advisor to parents. Through in-depth consultations, you will identify a student's unique needs—whether they are a high-flyer needing a challenge or a student struggling to find their feet—and map their journey through the Premier Education program.

**Become an Expert on the Premier Method:**Masterfully articulate the value of our approach: from our small-group classes and comprehensive notes to our "Mindset Mastery" philosophy and the 24/7 support of the Premier One portal.

**Guide with Evidence:**Confidently use our proven track record to build trust and demonstrate how our system delivers tangible, life-changing results.

**Manage the Starter Program:**Seamlessly guide families through our "Free Consultation -> Free Assessment -> Free Trial" pathway, ensuring a smooth and impressive introduction to the Premier Experience.

**Location:**Box Hill Campus

Work Schedule:

**Weekends (On-Campus):**Shifts rostered on Saturdays & Sundays between 8:30 AM - 9:00 PM.

**Weekdays (Work From Home):**Flexible hours to manage phone and email consultations.
