Clarke Childcare currently operate three ELC's in St Kilda East (rated exceeding in 2023), Mordialloc (rated exceeding in 2024) and Frankston (currently meeting-recently participated in A&R-awaiting result), with a small pipeline of growth as we head into 2026. Our Head Office is located in Malvern.
Our Head Office team is a close knit group of leaders who collectively support our teams at centre level to feel valued and empowered, whilst ensuring quality and compliance is maintained at the highest standard. We are seeking an exceptional individual to support us in our continued quest for excellence and our upcoming phase of growth.
THE ROLE
Your Week:
You will predominantly be located at our Head Office in Malvern where you will support the Approved Provider and the leadership team with high level administrative requirements (such as CCS, ACCS, ISS, KISS, Kinder funding/fee processing/debt recovery/recruitment, operational decisions/support, policy development and review/survey development and implementation/events management/social media/etc) and will make regular visits to the Services to support the Centre Manager's with tours/leads/enrolments/marketing and re-enrolments for the following year.
Leads/Enrolments:
In your Leads/Enrolments Manager capacity, you will be responsible for marketing the unique qualities of each centre on social media and internal platforms, managing tour bookings, leads, applications, offers (via our digital platform) and support new families from offer of enrolment right through to post-commencement check-in. You will work closely with Centre Managers to support them and their teams in ensuring new families are onboarded in a seamless, personable, and communicative manner.
Approved Provider Support/Administration:
You will support the Approved Provider and leadership team with head office responsibilties, such as (but not limited to):
CCS/ACCS/ISS/KISS/Kinder Funding management and reporting
Policy Development/Review and implementation
Events Calendar Implementation and Promotion
Management Calendar - Support the Leadership Team to implement
Develop and support initiatives to drive and retain occupancy
Payrol and Budget management
Fees/Funding/Debtors
Management and ordering of marketing material, uniforms, resource requirements, etc.
Staffing and Recruitment Support
Develop and support initiatives to deliver the highest quality of care and education
New Centre Setup
ABOUT YOU:

You will enjoy celebrating achievements and accolades but will also be comfortable with 'managing the uncomfortable' such as performance/conduct management, compliants, compliance issues, regulatory (Dept of Education) and other authority inspections, etc).

MUST HAVES:
Minimum Diploma of Early Childhood
Minimum 3 years experience in a leadership/administrative position
Full Drivers Licence
Advanced Qikkids knowledge
CRM working knowledge (any platform) and leads/enrolment management
Solid knowledge CCS/ACCS funding processes and reporting requirements
Solid knowledge of Kindergarten funding processes and reporting requirements
Solid knowledge of ISS/KISS funding processes and reporting requirements
Demonstrated understanding of the Regulations/NQF/EYLF/VEYLDF
Demonstrated knowledge of the Child Safe Standards, Child Protection and Mandatory Reporting
Social Media/Marketing Prowess
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
