Join Our Team as a Coordinator – Camira Office + Regional Travel Adventure! (Camira, QLD – with 3–5 trips a year to Mackay & Moranbah)

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic, people-loving Coordinator to join our supportive team full-time at our Camira office. This role is the perfect blend of meaningful office-based work and the occasional exciting travel adventure!

What’s the role like? Most of the year, you’ll be at our Camira HQ working alongside passionate colleagues — guiding educators, supporting families, and keeping everything running smoothly via phone, email, and video calls.

But here’s the fun part — 3–5 times a year, you’ll pack your bags and head to our North Queensland sector (Mackay/Moranbah) for a working week adventure. With flights, hire car, accommodation, and bookings all covered by EIC, you can focus on visiting educators, strengthening relationships, and making a genuine difference in local communities.

What you’ll bring:

A sense of adventure and confidence to travel solo when needed.

A solid understanding of early childhood education and care (Family Day Care knowledge is a bonus!).

Friendly, clear, and confident communication skills.

A knack for organisation and problem-solving.

Comfort using digital systems and video conferencing tools.

A collaborative spirit, balanced with the ability to work independently.

Must-haves:

Minimum Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).

Positive Notice Blue Card.

Recent Police Check (within 6 months) or willingness to obtain.

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (HLTAID012).

Child Protection qualification (CHCPRT001**)**.

Acceptance as a Responsible Person.

Full Driver’s Licence.
