About the role

Grassroots Early Learning Centre is seeking aFull Time Educator.

Position: Full Time Educator & Casual position.

Must be available to work Monday through Friday from 6:30am to 6pm.

What you'll be doing

Working with a team to help plan, prepare and implement the curriculum and activities aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework

Building positive relationships with children, families and the wider community

Ensuring a safe, clean and well-organised learning environment

Collaborating with the wider team to continuously improve the centre's operations and offerings

Engaging children with our animals: Dwarf Goats, Guinea Pigs, Chickens and the occasional visit from our Dog

What we're looking for

Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)

Experience in a similar role

Strong knowledge of child development, pedagogy and the Early Years Learning Framework

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and wellbeing

Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification
