Our opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and passionateInclusion Support Educatorto join our Honour Early Learning centre in Redbank Plains. Our centres are proud to offer best in market environments and facilities, as we strive every day to make a true difference in the education and care of our children and families. Each educator at our centre is critical to our success and we take pride in enabling them to be and achieve their best with Honour.
Key Responsibilities:

Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
Supporting children with additional needs to engage in play-based learning
Collaborating with the Leadership team to implement inclusive practices
Build strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and staff.
Observe and document children's progress, ensuring individualised learning plans are in place.
Collaborate with colleagues to continually improve the quality of our educational programs.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain a safe, nurturing environment for all.
Assist with open and close procedures as required.
Assist with the continuous improvement of the rooms and centre.
Engage with Centre Management with activities and initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education. Relevant tertiary qualifications in education, special needs or a related field
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates.
Valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to nurturing a love of learning in children.
