We’re looking for dedicated early childhood professionals to join our growing team inboth educator and leadership roles.

About the Roles

Full-Time & Part-Time Educators

Deliver play-based learning aligned with the EYLF

Support children’s wellbeing, development, and individual interests

Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and your team

Assist with documentation, routines, and compliance tasks

Create a positive and inclusive environment for all

Lead Educator (Full-Time)

Lead your room with confidence and purpose

Mentor and support educators to ensure high-quality care and education

Create engaging, inclusive, and age-appropriate learning experiences

Maintain strong documentation, planning, and compliance practices

Build strong partnerships with families and contribute to a positive team culture

What You’ll Need (All Roles)

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)

Minimum 6 months of experience in an early learning setting

CurrentWorking with Children Check (Employee) – VIC

First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (HLTAID012 or equivalent)

Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting certificate

Australian work rights (Citizen, PR, or appropriate visa)
