Kids Club Attendant

Paradise Resort Gold Coast located in the heart of Surfers Paradise is looking for energetic and passionate Kids Club Attendants.

Casual position with shifts rostered on an on-call basis.

This role would suit a candidate who is flexible with days, hours and being contacted for shifts when needed.

Get paid to have fun in a cruise ship on land experience!

You will be responsible for providing a variety of activities for children aged 0 to 12 years, whilst working in a safe and fun atmosphere across the Junior and Zone 4 Kids areas.

Shift availability will need to align with our Kids Club session times:

10:00am - 1:00pm

2:00pm - 5:00pm

5:30pm - 8:30pm

Kids Club Attendants are required to:

Set up and run a wide range of kid friendly activities; to be comfortable with running games with a large number of kids.

Be effective in communicating with children; to use appropriate language and tone.

Ensure security of the facility and children at all times.

Assist in developing programs and activities and providing suggestions to improve them.

Provide magical and lasting memories for the children.

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience working with children (desired)

Have a flexible availability; able to work days, nights, weekends and Public Holidays.

Hold a current Apply First Aid and CPR Certificate (required).

Hold a current Paid Queensland Blue Card (required)
