We’re searching for aKindergarten Room Assistantto join ourCuriosity Approach-inspired centre, working closely with a**qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)**to create a space where children feel seen, safe, and excited to learn.

🌼 About the Role

You’ll support the day-to-day flow of our beautiful Kindy room (ages 4–5), helping to create meaningful, play-based experiences that nurture children’s sense of wonder and belonging.

You’ll be part of a team that valuesorganisation,intentionality, andputting children firstin every decision. With the support of a committedDirector, 2IC and Educational Leader, you’ll feel empowered and appreciated in your role.

Experience in a Kindergarten room is a bonus, but not essential — what matters most is your heart for children, your reliability, and your ability to be present and organised in a busy early learning environment.

You’ve worked in a Kindy room before, or you’re eager to learn

You’reorganised, calm under pressure, and thrive in a structured yet creative environment

Youalways put children first, and believe in respectful, child-led learning

You’re aqualified ECTwanting a more supportive, collaborative role alongside a lead ECT

Or you're a developing educator ready to grow with strong mentorship

✨ What We’re Looking For

-

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)

OR a qualified ECT open to a non-lead/supportive role

Strong organisation skills and a proactive, team-first attitude

Current Blue Card

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)

Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain)
