We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Kindy Room Leader to join our beautiful Reggio Emilia inspired service in Warwick.
This role will suit someone who is passionate about play-based, child-led learning. Leading a team of 4-5 educators and partnering closely with the families and local community will be a key focus as well as delivering our rich pre-school program with the support of our Educational Leader and Centre Coordinator.
In this role, youβll have the opportunity to:
Deliver the Keiki Preschool Program and Educational Curriculum within the Kindy room, supported by our Educational Leader and Early Childhood Teacher
Build lasting relationships and partnerships with families, local schools, and community groups.
Create engaging, child-led learning experiences that spark curiosity and growth.
What Weβre Looking For:
Weβre seeking a confident, passionate educator who:
Holds a relevant Early Childhood qualification and has experience in leading a room or program.
Embraces flexibility and child-led learning, following the Reggio Emilia approach.
Takes initiative and enjoys designing inspiring learning environments.
Communicates clearly and confidently with families, staff and external stakeholders.
Understands the planning cycle and works collaboratively with Educational Leaders to deliver meaningful curriculum experiences.
