Be the Difference in a Child’s Early Years Are you a passionate Early Childhood Educator ready to step into a leadership role? Join our close-knit and welcoming team at our boutique early learning centre in Bundall. As our Lead Educator, you’ll have the chance to guide young learners, support fellow educators, and create a space where children feel safe, inspired, and excited to grow every day.

**About the Role ** In this role, you’ll lead the learning program for children aged 0 – 2 years, creating engaging and meaningful experiences that spark curiosity and a love of learning. You’ll be responsible for the planning and running of your room, while also mentoring and supporting your team. With the EYLF and our centre philosophy as your foundation, you’ll help shape a program that nurtures confident, capable, and happy learners.

**Working Hours ** Our centre is open from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. Ideally, we’re looking for someone available four to five days a week. We’re also happy to consider job-share arrangements for the right person, because we know work-life balance matters.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

• A Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and National Police Certificate
• Current First Aid Certificate, including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Management

• A nurturing approach and genuine passion for working with children and helping them grow
• Confidence in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate programs
• Great communication skills and the ability to build strong connections with families and colleagues
• Leadership qualities — someone who enjoys guiding, mentoring, and working as part of a team
