Lead Educator for Child Care Centre

Kidi Kingdom*is a vibrant, family-owned child care provider with 3 centres across Coomera, Pimpama, and Springfield. We strive to deliver ‘****The happiest kingdom or kids on the planet’***through building a great team of employees who are passionate about best practice early childhood education and true quality operations.

We care for children aged6 weeks to 13 years, offering long day care, before and after school care, and school holiday/vacation care. Our ‘whole child’ philosophy nurtures academic, social, emotional, and physical development in a safe, inclusive, and joyful environment.

Permanent Part-Time & Casual positions available

As an Educator at Kidi Kingdom, you will:

Inspire and guide curious, playful minds in a safe, supportive setting

Design and implement engaging, play-based learning programs

Provide leadership and mentoring to a dedicated team of educators

Ensure regulatory compliance and deliver best practice in early childhood education

Foster meaningful relationships with children, families, our team, and the wider community

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Educator (highly regarded)

Relevant qualifications: Certificate III or higher (e.g. Diploma in ECEC)

Current First Aid / CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications, Child Protection

Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)

Strong knowledge of early childhood development frameworks and practices

Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills

A genuine passion for early learning and creating positive outcomes for children
