Lead Educators and Educators

Eagleby Kids Early Learning Centre is a beautiful homely centre, which caters for 95 children a day aged between six weeks and six years. This amazing centre has just been award an Excellent rating.

We are currently seeking passionate Lead Educators and Educators to join our established team of dedicated professionals. Our team have ongoing support from an experienced management team including an onsite Centre Manager (Nominated Supervisor), Assistant Centre Manager and Educational Leader.

The successful applicants for these roles will:

Essential Criteria:

Take pride in the presentation of the centre

Possess a genuine desire and commitment for working with children

Be willing to work as part of a team to provide high quality care for children

Express a genuine passion or interest in the Reggio Emilia philosophy.

Hold a Certificate III OR Diploma in Children's Services (or be working towards**)

Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and time management skills

Show an understanding of the the NQF (National Quality Framework)

Desirable Criteria:

Exhibit previous experience working with similar age groups or in flexible play spaces with "family groupings"

Have an additional talent, hobby, skill or passion that they would enjoy sharing with the children. These could include a second language, a musical instrument or an artistic talent
