About Us and Our Philosophy:

Our service is seeking like minded educators who are available to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 6am - 6pm. The successful applicant roles will include but not limited to lunch, holiday and sick cover.

About the Role:

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicatedLead EducatorsandEducatorsto join our team. In these roles you will:

Engage in play-based learning experiences that support each child’s growth and development.

Build strong and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.

Demonstrate an understanding and application of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) to guide daily practices and program development.

Contribute to a positive, collaborative and inclusive work environment, ensuring that every team member feels valued.

Support children’s curiosity, creativity and love for learning by providing stimulating and responsive learning environments.

We are seeking candidates who:

Have patience, creativity and a genuine love for working with children.

Hold excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to build strong connections with families and the community.

Are passionate about collaboration and working with colleagues to support each child’s development and contribute to continuous improvement.

Understand the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework and are able to apply their understanding in day-to-day practice.

Bring a positive, team-oriented attitude that contributes to a supportive and engaging work culture.

Requirements:

Lead Educator applicants should hold a relevant early childhood qualification (Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent).

Educator applicants should have or be working toward a relevant qualification in early childhood education.

A Working with Children Check and other relevant qualifications as required.
