About the role

We are seeking dedicatedLead Educatorsto join our vibrant and caring early learning Centre in Rothwell, Queensland. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and care to children aged 0-5 years old.

What you'll be doing

• Plan, implement and evaluate engaging educational programs that support children's learning and development
• Ensure a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment for all children
• Build positive relationships with children, families and the broader community
• Comply with all relevant regulations, policies and procedures
• Participate in ongoing professional development to continuously improve your practice
• Collaborate with the wider team to contribute to the centre's success

What we're looking for

• Relevant early childhood education qualification (e.g. Diploma or working towards)
• Experience working in a childcare or early learning setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Passion for supporting children's growth and development
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications
• Working with Children Check
