About the Role
As theCentre Directorof our Bradbury service, youβll lead all aspects of the centreβs operations β from staff management and compliance to occupancy growth and family engagement.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, mentoring and inspiring a team of passionate educators
Overseeing the daily operations of a large (104-place) early learning service
Driving occupancy and managing enrolment pipelines in collaboration with the Enrolments team
Maintaining strong compliance in line with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
Building trusted relationships with families and the local community
Collaborating with the broader Orchard leadership team to achieve strategic goals
About You
-
Diploma or Bachelorβs Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
Previous Centre Director up to 5 years
Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQF, and compliance requirements
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
Business acumen with experience managing wages budgets, effective rosters, and occupancy growth
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills with local families
Passionate about providing high-quality education and care

Valid NSW Working with Children Check
First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
Child Protection Training
Full Australian working rights
