Do you have a flair for leadership and a passion for mentoring? We are seeking auniversity-trained Early Childhood Teacherto take on the pivotal Nominated Supervisor position at our109-place centre. This is your chance to shine and lead a dedicated team!
What Awaits You:
**Work-Life Balance:**Full-time, 5-day workweek (38 hours/week) with an accruing RDO

Your Essentials:
Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or ACECQA-approved qualification or working towards
Experience in a Director or 2IC role
Proven leadership in mentoring and inspiring a team
Familiarity with OWNA (preferred, not essential)
Current Working with Children Check NSW
First Aid/CPR/Asthma/Anaphylaxis certificates
Current Child Protection
A genuine passion for Early Years learning and development
Strong understanding of National Quality Standards, NQF, and National Law
Ability to build respectful relationships with children, families, and the community
