We’re currently looking for an experienced and motivatedOSHC Centre Managerto lead our vibrant service inWyndham Vale.

As theCentre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, operations, and success of our Wyndham Vale OSHC service. You will lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs that inspire, educate, and engage children before and after school and during school holidays.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the daily operations of the OSHC service

Support and mentor a team of educators

Plan and deliver fun, engaging programs

Build strong relationships with families, schools, and the community

Ensure compliance with NQF, policies, and procedures

Manage rosters, budgets, and enrolments

About You

-

Diploma or higher in Children’s Services or related field

Leadership experience in OSHC or early childhood

Strong understanding of NQF and My Time, Our Place

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Current First Aid, CPR, WWCC, Food Safety Certificate, Mandatory Child Protection Training and a Police Check or willing to obtain

Passionate about working with children
