Your Role as an Educator
πCreate Safe and Inspiring Spaces Design environments where children feel secure, supported, and motivated to explore and learn.
π¨Plan Engaging Experiences Lead hands-on, fun, and creative activities that spark curiosity, imagination, and a love of learning.
π€Build Strong Connections Develop positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, fostering a welcoming, community-focused environment.
π±Champion Wellbeing and Growth Support each childβs social, emotional, and developmental needs while promoting overall wellbeing.
β¨Collaborate and Innovate Work closely with your team to co-create programs that reflect childrenβs interests, ideas, and voices. Qualifications
π What Youβll Bring
A genuine passion for working with children
A warm, collaborative approach with strong communication skills
Cert III (or higher) in an ACECQA recognised qualification (or currently studying)
Valid First Aid, CPR, WWCC, and Australian work rights (or able to obtain these) Additional Information
